How to Make Yogurt Parfait

Place 2 cups of blueberries, sugar, and water in a pot over medium heat.

Stirring constantly, until the blueberries burst and the mixture thickens. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate until chilled.

Before serving, assemble the yogurt parfait. Evenly divide the yogurt between four 12-ounce glasses.

Layer 2 tablespoons of the blueberry compote over the yogurt.

Place 2 to 3 tablespoons of granola over the compote.
