Yogurt and peach mousse is a fresh and irresistibly delicious dessert. In this recipe, nectarines, a juicy and sugary variety, meet the softness of fresh cream and Greek natural yogurt and together they create an elegant and refined dessert. Simple and very quick to prepare, it is ideal for sweetly concluding a summer dinner or as a delicious and genuine snack to offer to the little ones of the house. So let’s see how to make the yogurt and peach mousse.

How to prepare yogurt and peach mousse

Whip the fresh cream in a bowl, then add the icing sugar and the yogurt and mix until you get a soft and homogeneous cream 1.

Put the isinglass in cold water for at least ten minutes; when it is soft, squeeze it and melt it in the microwave oven for about 10 seconds. Add it to the cream 2 and mix well.

Distribute the cream in individual cups 3 and transfer to the refrigerator to harden it for at least 2-3 hours.

Wash the peaches, cut them into small cubes and gradually collect them in a saucepan 4.

Add the sugar 5, flavor with ground cinnamon and put on the fire to caramelize it. Turn off and let it cool.

Spread the peaches over the glasses with the mousse 6 and let it cool completely.

Decorate the surface with the crumbled amaretti biscuits and a few mint leaves and serve 7.

Preservation

The yogurt and peach mousse can be preserved in the refrigerator for 1-2 days, covered on the surface with a sheet of cling film.
