With its beautiful blue color, and delicious ginger and vanilla flavor, the unicorn latte is a tasty, eye-catching drink you can make in no time. There's no coffee in a unicorn latte. Despite its fun name, the unicorn latte is filled with nutritious ingredients like spirulina, ginger, and lemon juice. The drink gets its sweetness from agave nectar or maple syrup. You can even use honey!

While the original recipe calls for nut milk or coconut milk, you can use any type of milk for this recipe. To make your unicorn lattes even more fun, decorate them with unicorn drink toppers, edible glitter, and sprinkles.

Tips

Double, triple, or quadruple the batch to make multiple unicorn lattes.
