Taco Bell Turns Up the Heat with New Caliente Cantina Chicken Menu

Taco Bell is spicing up its offerings with the introduction of the Caliente Cantina Chicken Menu, set to launch nationwide today, on February 27, 2025. This new lineup adds a fiery twist to the popular Cantina Chicken items that debuted in 2024, which have since become a fan favorite, featuring in one out of every four orders last year.

Building upon the success of the original Cantina Chicken, Taco Bell's culinary team has crafted a new Caliente Sauce, infused with red jalapeños to deliver a bold kick. This sauce enhances five menu items: the Caliente Cantina Chicken Crispy Taco, Soft Taco, Burrito, Quesadilla, and Bowl. Each dish combines the slow-roasted chicken with fresh ingredients and the zesty Caliente Sauce, offering a tantalizing experience for spice enthusiasts.

Taco Bell Rewards members have been able to enjoy early access to the Caliente Cantina Chicken Menu through the Taco Bell app on February 25 and 26. For those seeking an extra layer of flavor, the chain is also introducing the option to add Avocado Verde salsa to any Caliente Cantina Chicken item. Additionally, starting March 27, customers can indulge in the Caliente Cantina Chicken Nacho Fries, featuring seasoned fries topped with slow-roasted chicken, nacho cheese, and the signature Caliente Sauce.
