Spreadable goat cheese
200 grams
Fresh unsweetened cream
150 grams
Powdered sugar
50 grams
Fresh blackberries

The little glasses with mousse of goat cheese and blackberries are a dessert very easy to prepare, with a creamy consistency and a strong and nice taste. Simple and super fast, they are based on goat cheese and fresh cream that are processed into a mousse. The final garnish with blackberries, lemon zest and fresh mint gives them a fresh and fragrant touch. A refined and practical idea to set up a small dessert buffet or to serve as a delicious after-meal.

How to prepare the small glasses with mousse of goat cheese and blackberries

Collect the goat cheese in a bowl, add the powdered sugar and mix with a spoon 1. Also add the grated zest of ½  lemon.

Whip the cold cream until you get a firm mass 2.

Add the cream to the goat cheese in two or three times, mixing gently with a spoon and with slow movements from the bottom up 3. Refrigerate for 30-45 minutes.

Collect the cream in a pastry bag and distribute it in 8-10 single-portion cups 4.

Rinse the blackberries, pat them gently with kitchen paper and place one on top of each cup 5.

Finish the glasses with a few leaves of fresh mint and a little more lemon zest 6. Store them in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Preservation

The small glasses with mousse of goat cheese and blackberries can be preserved in the refrigerator for a maximum of 2-3 days, well wrapped on the surface with a sheet of cling film.
