Coarsely chop the ladyfingers with your hands (1).
Pour the milk into a saucepan, heat it on the stove and then add the cream (2).
Also add the chocolate chips and mix perfectly (3).
Pour a third of the melted chocolate over the chopped ladyfingers (4) and mix well.
Transfer the chocolate ladyfingers into a loaf pan, lined with a sheet of parchment paper (5), and level.
Pour the remaining melted dark chocolate (6), until it covers the entire surface, transfer the semifreddo to the refrigerator; let it rest for at least 3 hours.
When the semifreddo has solidified, remove it from the refrigerator and take it out of the mold, then cut it into squares (7).
Arrange the squares of semifreddo in the dessert plates and serve the dessert cold or at room temperature (8).
The semifreddo with ladyfingers can be preserved in the refrigerator, sealed with a sheet of cling film, for 2-3 days. You can also prepare it in advance and store it in the freezer for a few weeks; when serving, just take it out of the freezer and let it melt slightly at room temperature for half an hour.
