This quick-rise savory cheese bread requires no yeast, but don’t think it lacks anything in flavor. It packed with cheese (blended into the batter and topped with extra cheese), and is soft and flavorful. The crumbs is moist with just the right amount of cheese flavor. It’s also easy to modify this recipe to your taste and preference, and it’s super easy to make. You add all your ingredients to a blender, blend until smooth, add some cheese, and bake. This recipe is very easy to make, but you need a food processor of high-speed blender. Add the eggs, milk, cheese, oil, and salt all to the blender at the same time. Blend until smooth with no lumps. Pour the smooth batter into a bowl, add a little flour and stir to combine. Add the baking powder and stir through again. Grease a large Bundt cake pan with butter. Pour the bread batter in the cake pan. Sprinkle with extra cheese. Bake the bread for 35 minutes at 360°F/180°C until cooked through.
We used mozzarella for this Cheese Bread, but you can use any other cheese. Try Parmesan, Cheddar, Gouda, Swiss Cheese, or even Pepper Jack!
If you want to add something extra, why not try adding smoked chicken, cooked ham, or fried bacon pieces. If you add some olives, jalapeños, or sun-dried tomatoes, it will not only add a great pop of color, it will also add loads of flavor.

If you won’t be eating your Savory Cheese Loaf immediately, you can also freeze it. Freeze either the whole loaf or slices. Simply wrap it tightly in plastic wrap, and freeze for up to 3 months, Thaw at room temperature and serve. Make sure that the bread has cooled properly before freezing it!
Pour 3 eggs into the blender.
Add milk, mozzarella cheese, oil, salt, and blend.
Pour into a bowl, add flour little by little and mix. Add baking powder and mix again.
Grease a Bundt cake pan, pour in the mixture.
Add more pieces of cheese on top.
Bake for 35 minutes at 180°C (360°F).
