white sandwich bread
3 long slices
Cream Cheese
250 g (2 cups)
Canned tuna
200 g (7 oz)
Mayonnaise
40 g (1/5 cup)
Tomatoes
Black olives
salt to taste

Cherry tomatoes

How to make Sandwich Bread Trunk

Mix the cream cheese with the mayonnaise, the tuna, the black olives and the salt in a bowl.

Let’s now create the layers. Take a sandwich bread slice.

Spread the cream cheese mixture on one of the slices of bread, then top it with chopped tomatoes.

Place another slice of bread on top of it and repeat the process.

Once the last slice has been placed on top or the tower, wrap the whole savory cake in cling film. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

After 2 hours spread the cream cheese on the top layer and decorate with cherry tomatoes and rocket.

Slice sandwich bread trunk, serve and enjoy.
