MATERIALS:

METHOD:

1.Place gummy bears of different colors on a plate.

2.Use a blowtorch to melt the bears and expands them to form a rainbow with a spatula.

3.Place a cake on the

decorated plate.

Chocolate bar

METHOD:

1.Pass a lighter over the Toblerone chocolate peaks and decorate a plate with melted chocolate lines.

2.Add a cake to the decorated plate.

Candy floss

MATERIALS:

METHOD:

1.Place different colors of candy floss on a plate. Using a blowtorch, melt them and decorate with fruits and a cake.

Cocoa rope

MATERIALS:

METHOD:

1.Place a piece of rope on a plate forming an irregular shape.

2.Sprinkle cocoa on top of the rope, then remove it to reveal the pattern. 3.Add some fruit and a cake to the decorated plate.

Turning table

MATERIALS:

Electric turning table

Hot plate

METHOD:

1.Place a hot plate on top of an electric turning table. Turn on the turning table and use a chocolate coin to form a spiral. Add a cake to the decorated plate.

Chocolate Roll

MATERIALS:

Acetate sheet

Melted White chocolate

Pipping bag

Strawberries

Chocolate syrup

Pegs

Whipped cream

METHOD:

1.Melt white chocolate and place it in a pipping bag.

2.On an acetate form a rectangle of lines with the chocolate. Allow to dry for 5-10 minutes, roll and place two pegs to prevent unrolling.

3.Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.

4.Carefully remove the chocolate from the acetate, decorate a plate with chocolate syrup, strawberries, cream and place the chocolate roll on top.
