Pizza burgers are a burger wrapped in bacon and cheese and pizza dough. Filled with so much goodness, it’ll be hard to resist. You can stuff it with any of your favorite ingredients, in this version we’ve added salami, tomato, bacon, and cheese.
Making it is very easy and will allow you to serve a dish that is not only tasty but unique. You can serve this dish as a second course or as a main dish, maybe with some fries or salad! Here we go!
Before you begin, preheat your oven to 200C/400F.
Divide the dough into 3 pieces and roll each one into a disk shape about ¼-inch (1/2 cm) thick.

Sprinkle some flour in small baking dish and place the dough on it
At this point, add some shredded mozzarella cheese, a tomato slice and a crispy bacon slice.
Then, season 3 beef burgers with salt and pepper and cook each one for about 4-6 minutes on both sides. When ready place over the bacon, gather the dough and pinch together until closed. Remove any excess dough.
Divide the dough into 3 pieces and roll each one into a disk shape about ¼-inch (1/2 cm) thick.
Flip the burger onto a cutting board, make an X-shaped slit on top, sprinkle with cheese and add salami.
Brush the dough on the sides with olive oil and bake for 10 minutes.
