Peanut Butter Ice Cream Sandwich Cake: beautiful, easy and very yummy

If you want to make an impressive-looking and heavenly cake, but don’t want to mess around with flour and cake tins, this cake is for you!

Layers of ice-cream sandwiches alternate with hot fudge sauce, and are topped with peanut butter cups. The whole thing comes together in around 15 minutes and is very easy to do.

This cake would make a great no-fuss birthday cake.

Ingredients

ice cream sandwiches

hot fudge sauce
1/2 cup, warmed
Peanut butter
1/2 cup, warmed
Whipped cream
1 1/2 cups
peanut butter cups
1 cup, chopped

Instructions

Layer 4 ice cream sandwiches in a row.

Spread with 2 large tablespoons hot fudge, then drizzle with 2 large tablespoons of warmed peanut butter.

Cover with 1/2 cup whipped cream and sprinkle with 1/3 cup peanut butter cups.

Repeat layers 2 more times.

Freeze until firm, about 4 hours.

Notes

Try this dessert with different flavours of ice cream, or alternate chocolate and vanilla ice cream in the layers.
