Ingredients

Fresh whipping cream
400 grams
Condensed milk
180 grams
Honey
a teaspoon

Paradiso cream is a very simple cream and it can be prepared in a few minutes; in fact it is a recipe based only on cream and milk that does not require any type of cooking! Perhaps the simplest cream of all, paradiso cream can be enjoyed with a spoon or used to fill cakes and pastries. If you don’t have so much time and you want to prepare a cream for your guests or  you need some sweetness and at home you don't have many ingredients, the paradiso cream is definitely the cream for you. The “paradiso” name also helps us understand what we are talking about; this cream is so soft, white and frothy that it resembles a cloud!

How to prepare paradiso cream

Pour the cold whipping cream from the refrigerator into a bowl, start working with the electric whisks and whisk it until it is totally firm (1).

Add the condensed milk and a teaspoon of honey and mix with a wooden spoon with movements from the bottom upwards so as not to “break” the cream (2).

Tips

For a perfect paradiso cream, we recommend using unsweetened fresh whipping cream, condensed milk is in fact very sweet and the sweetened cream would risk ruining your paradiso cream!

Making condensed milk at home is really simple: you will just need milk, icing sugar and butter!

For a tasty alternative, prepare your paradiso cream by replacing the milk with some philadelphia cheese and mascarpone cheese.

To make your cream more inviting and tasty, you can add some lemon zest to your ingredients.

Preservation

Paradiso cream can be preserved in a container covered with a sheet of transparent film, in the refrigerator for 2 days or in the freezer for up to 20 days.
