These pandoro truffles are bite-sized desserts, easy to make and super tasty – they can be a great idea to accompany a Christmas dinner or as a delicious snack  to use up holiday leftovers. Creamy and irresistible, these truffles will obsess your guests’ dreams for times to come, so you better make them in great quantities.

You can make these truffles at home in no time: just crumble the pandoro with your hands, add the vanilla, the cinnamon and the fresh cream; after compacting the dough, you just create little balls with your hands, coat them in cocoa powder and the job is basically done! Finally, you’ll then only need to garnish the truffles with melted chocolate and butter and decorate them as you wish. Easy as it is!
