How to make Orange Star Sweets

Using an orange juicer, squeeze the juice of a fresh orange (1).

Collect the flour in a bowl and pour the orange juice inside (2).

Add the instant yeast for cakes (3) and start kneading by hand until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough.

Transfer the dough onto a work surface and roll it out with a rolling pin (4), until you get a sheet of about 3 mm thick.

With a star-shaped pastry cutter, cut out the dough and make your sweets (5).

Heat plenty of peanut seeds oil in a saucepan until it reaches a temperature of 170 degrees C, dip the star sweets (6) and fry them, turning them from time to time, until they are golden.
