Nutella brownies are high, gummy and very chocolatey American desserts, with a light chocolate crust on top and a creamy heart. They are prepared with a few ingredients but these must be weighed in such a way as not to create problems during cooking. I can not tell you which ones are my favorite but, probably, these are the best because, compared to the classic recipe, they are delicious and have a more intense taste.
Preheat the oven. Melt the butter and the Nutella cream in a bain-marie 1 until a smooth and shiny cream is obtained. Remove from heat and keep aside, stirring occasionally. Beat the eggs with the sugar in a bowl, using electric whips to make a light and fluffy mixture 2. Continue to mix with the whips and add the Nutella cream and melted butter 3 until the dough is smooth and homogeneous.

Add the sifted flour to your dough 4 and mix with a spatula making movements from bottom to top 5. Take a rectangular pan and butter it well. Pour the mixture and level it with the help of a spatula 6. Bake it at 180° degrees in static mode for about 25 minutes. Your brownies must be cooked outside while remaining soft inside. Finally, remove the brownies from the oven and let them cool before cutting them into squares.
