How to make No-Bake White Chocolate Cheesecake

Blend the digestive biscuits in the stand mixer until you get a type of flour.

Transfer the digestive biscuits to a bowl and mix with melted butter, stirring with a spoon.

Spread the mixture on the bottom of an 18 centimeters openable circle pan that you will have lined with parchment paper. Compact well to form a uniform base. Transfer to the refrigerator.

Meanwhile, prepare the cream. Heat the cream in a saucepan, when it reaches a boil, remove from the heat and add the chopped white chocolate. Mix to make it melt completely.

In a large bowl, whip the spreadable cheese for a few moments with an electric whisk, then add the melted and now cold white chocolate.

Spread the cream on the now solid biscuit base, level well and transfer to the refrigerator for another 2 hours.

Decorate the surface with a light layer of strawberry jam.

Finally, add the chopped strawberries and the chopped white chocolate.
