Minced meat kebab is a quick and easy, yet extremely delicious recipe, perfect for your Saturday lunch or dinner appetizers. Its heart of string cheese and the crispy bacon on the outside will drive people crazy! Here's the recipe for this tasty appetizer that your whole family will enjoy!

Ingredients

minced meat
500 grams
Eggs
2
Grated Parmesan
60 grams
Bread soaked in milk
50 grams
Cheese
200 grams
Bacon
6 slices
salt
a pinch
Pepper
as much as you need
Chopped Parsley
as much as you need

How to prepare Meat Kebabs

Put the minced meat in a glass bowl.

Add the two eggs.

Add the pepper.

Add the pinch of salt.

Then add the 50 grams of bread's crumb softened in milk.

Finally, add the 60 grams of grated Parmesan cheese.

And, at last, the chopped Parsley.

Using a fork, mix all the ingredients until they're all merged together: the mix doesn't have to be too soft; if you feel like it's not solid enough, add a spoonful of breadcrumbs. Put the bowl aside.

Put your cheese on a cutting board.

Cut six rectangular pieces.

Pierce the cheese using a skewer.

Helping yourself with your hands, slowly shape a handful of minced meat around the skewer.

Repeat the operation six times, until you have six fully formed meat kebabs skewers.

Once you're done, wrap a slice of bacon around each one of the skewers.

Bake the skewers at 180° for 20-30 minutes, or until the cheese is stringy.

Serve with a side of BBQ Sauce.

Or simply enjoy with your family and friends!

How to Store Meat Kebabs

Meat kebabs skewers should be eaten while still hot, as to better enjoy the stringy cheese on the inside. If, however, you want to store them, you can store them for a day, and eat them after heating them a bit, up to the following day.
