METHOD
For the cream whisk egg yolks, milk, vanilla, sugar, and cornstarch over medium-low heat until thickens.
Add in butter and whisk to combine. Let cool down slightly.
Beat cream cheese with flour and lemon juice using a hand mixer.Add cream into the cream cheese mixture and beat until smooth.
Beat egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form.
Fold whipped egg whites into the creamy cake base and pour into the 18 cm cake pan.
Bake in the water bath at 150°C/302°F for 60 minutes.
