Lemon mushrooms: an easy and delicious recipe

Using few ingredients you can prepare a very delicious side dish.

Ingredients: butter, garlic, mushrooms, parsley, soy sauce, lemon juice, lemon zest.

Directions:

1) Melt butter in a pan and add garlic, mushrooms, parsley and soy sauce;

2) Cook for about 10 minutes and add lemon juice and lemon zest;

3) Serve with red meat or chicken.

Ingredients: 3-4 portobello mushrooms; 60 g (2 oz) butter; 1/3 cup cooked bacon, chopped; ½ cup cheese; 4-6 slices mozzarella cheese; ½ cup cream; 300 g (10 oz) cooked spaghetti; 2 garlic cloves, sliced.

Directions

Preheat oven to 200C/400F.

Clean off mushroom caps, put some butter into each one and season with salt and pepper.

Bake for 10-12 minutes.

Meanwhile cook pasta. Melt leftover butter over medium heat and use it to saute garlic until fragrant.

Add cooked pasta. Bacon, cream and shredded cheese. Stir and wait until cheese has melted.

Add pasta into mushroom caps and cover with slice mozzarella.

Place under broiler until cheese has melted. Serve right away.
