We love cheesecake in all its different forms! Lemon, chocolate, strawberry, and even baked and unbaked—we love them all. This easy and no-bake recipe combines two of our favorite things: cheesecake and coffee. This combination of a coffee cake and cheesecake has three distinct layers that give you a punch of coffee and chocolate flavor. It also has a super creamy texture, with a slight crunch thanks to the cookie base. To make it, you simply need to make a cheesecake base, divide it into three and add chocolate and coffee to the two other layers. Add them to a bowl, and refrigerate in between, and you’ll soon have a lovely layered cheesecake that not only looks good but tastes delicious!
The cheesecake needs enough time to set in the fridge to make sure it doesn’t run when you cut it. You can even store it in the fridge overnight!
For the crust, you can use vanilla wafers, Oreo biscuits, or graham crackers.
For best results, use Philadelphia cream cheese and a high-quality mascarpone.
Make Mini Layered Mocha cheesecake by adding the layers to muffin molds lined with plastic wrap instead of using one large bowl.
It’s important to let the ingredients warm up to room temperature, this will ensure a smooth and silky cheesecake.
The Layered Mocha Cheesecake can be stored in the refrigerator (in an airtight container) for up to 5 days. Or you can store it in the freezer (in an airtight container). You can even serve it frozen too!
