Wash the strawberries under running water, dry them with a clean cloth and cut them into slices, removing the green leaves.
Squeeze the lemons with a citrus squeezer and filter the juice with a fine mesh sieve.
Put the strawberries in the stand mixer and blend them until the mixture is liquid.
Filter the strawberry juice and add it to the lemon juice. Add sugar and water and mix.
