Directions

Chop the lettuce finely. Cut up the tomato and pepper in small dices. Grate the mexican cheese and preserve the lettuce, tomato, pepper and cheese separated.

Place a frying pan over medium-high heat and pour some olive oil. When the oil is hot, add the meat and cook it well. Proceed now to retire the excess fat from the pan.

Put back the frying pan with the cooked meat over heat and add the cumin, paprika and black pepper. Add some water if it is needed and cook until everything is well integrated.

Proceed now to melt the cheddar cheese using the microwave and preserve. One by one heat the tortillas for about 20 seconds using the microwave.

To prepare the tacos spread the melted cheddar cheese in the center of each tortilla. Add the meat over the cheese, about ½ cup of meat for each tortilla.

Add the tostada shells, a bit of sour cream, a bit of lettuce, tomato, paprika and finally add the grated Mexican cheese. Proceed to take the tortilla edges to the center, until completing all around the tortilla, in order to close it. Put a frying pan over medium heat

Pour some olive oil, and when oil is hot place very carefully the first crunchwrap supreme with the seam down and cook until browned (about 3 minutes) Flip the wrap and cook the other side.

Repeat the closing and cooking process for each wrap. Serve and enjoy your tacos immediately.
