Creamy hazelnut liqueur is a creamy Nutella-based liqueur easy to make at home and also known as Nutellino in Italy. This sweet and mouth-watering recipe will please even those who don't like alcohol: it's perfect to give all your guests a try, or to enjoy for a sweet break. You can make it just one day ahead of time and serve it well chilled: you can use it up in a very short time. In a pot, combine the liquid cream, milk, sugar and Nutella and stir all ingredients with a whisk until well combined. Cook over low heat until the texture is creamy. Remove the saucepan from heat and let cool, covering the cream with plastic wrap.
As soon as it is well chilled, add the alcohol and stir with a whisk, until well combined. Pour the hazelnut creamy liqueur in a clean glass bottle and put it in the fridge. The next day it will already be delicious. Enjoy!
