Place the coconut milk, sugar and fresh liquid cream in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring.
Add the grated coconut. Stir and remove the saucepan from the heat. Let it cool.
Once cool, strain the mixture through a towel for several times until the grated coconut is dissolved. Add the pure alcohol, mix and pour into a glass bottle and refrigerate.
