How it works

White Mulberry contains some chemicals that work like some medicines administered for type 2 diabetes.

These drugs can slow down the breakdown of sugars in the gut making it easier for them to be  absorbed more slowly into the blood. This helps the body maintain decent blood sugar levels.

Experts have found that the white mulberry is most effe time against diabetes. The powdered leaves of white mulberry reportedly lower blood sugar in people with type 2 diabetes.

To use it effectively, take 1 gram of the powdered leaf thrice a day for 4 weeks. This will decrease blood sugar levels by 27%, compared with an 8% decrease with the diabetes medicine glyburide, 5 mg daily.

Side effects

White mulberry is safe to consume for most people without side effects as long as the powdered leaf is taken by mouth for up to five weeks.
