How to Store Apple Chocolate Brownies

Store the brownies in the fridge (in an airtight container) for up to 3 days.

Ingredients

1 apple
2 eggs
Cocoa powder
20g (2 1/2 tbsp)
erythritol
13g (1 tbsp)
chocolate
70g

How To Make Apple Chocolate Brownies

Preheat your oven to 180°C (360°F). Peel, core, and chop your apple into small pieces.

In a blender, combine the apple pieces, eggs, cocoa powder, and erythritol until smooth and well combined.

Pour the batter into a greased 20x20cm (8X8 inch) baking pan.

Bake the brownies for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

In the meantime, prepare the chocolate topping. Place the chocolate pieces in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat the chocolate in short bursts of 30 seconds, stirring in between each interval, until melted and smooth. Be careful not to overheat the chocolate, or it can burn.

Once the brownies are baked and cooled slightly, pour the melted chocolate over the top, spreading it into an even layer.

Allow the chocolate to set completely before cutting the brownies into squares.
