Cut the cheese (1) and then the cooked ham in small cubes.
Roll out the puff pastry and make rectangles out of it with the pastry cutter (2).
Spread a few cubes of cheese and cooked ham on each rectangle of puff pastry (3).
Fold the 4 corners of puff pastry towards the center and give each rectangle the shape of the dumpling (4).
In a bowl, beat the egg yolk with the milk and a pinch of salt (5).
Brush the dumplings with the beaten egg yolk (6) and bake them in a static oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
