Gelatin cake: here’s the recipe to make a colorful and delicious dessert

Not an ordinary everyday cake. Surprise everyone with this refreshing unique cake!

Ingredients: 640g greek yogurt, 200g cream cheese, 1 cup condensed milk, 2 tbsp gelatin, 1/2 cup water, 1 cup grapes, 1 cup strawberry, chopped, 1 cup pineapple, chopped, 1 cup peaches, chopped, 3 tbsp pineapple gelatin powder.

Directions:

1)Mix gelatin powder with warm water, let it cool.

2)Beat cream cheese, greek yogurt, condensed milk and gelatin mixture until combined.

3)Cut yogurt mixture into a greased baking form, chill for 4 hours.

4)Mix pineapple gelatin powder with 2 tbsp of water, then mix it with 2 cups of water and heat until gelatin dissolved.

5)Let it cool.Divide the cake into 8 parts and clear 4 holes.

6)Put the fruits into holes and add gelatin mixture, until it cover fruits.

7)Chill 15-20 minutes. Microwave gelatin yogurt mixture until it completely melted, pour it on the cake and chill for 2 hours.

Serve and enjoy! Your guests will fall in love with this amazing cake!
