The zucchini gateau is a light and tasty variant of the classic potato gateau. Wash the zucchini and peel them (1). Grate them with a large hole grater (2) and put them in a bowl. Add the egg, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and parsley and mix (3). Also add the diced scamorza cheese and the cooked ham into small pieces and mix them with the rest of the ingredients until you will have obtained a soft mixture.
Grease a baking dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and add the dough. Level it well and add a sprinkling of breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese and a few flakes of butter (4).
