Fried pickles: super crunchy and delicious snack preparation!

Ingredients

dill pickles
5 spears, cut into quarters lengthwise
Bread crumbs
½ cup
cheddar or parmesan cheese
¼ cup, grated
Fresh parsley
1 tablespoon, chopped
Egg
1 small, lightly beaten
oil, for frying

You will certainly love this quick snack preparation. It is something that you can prepare to serve to some unexpected guests of all age groups!

Instructions

Dab and dry the pickles in a kitchen cloth. Put the oil for frying in a pan. Mix bread crumbs with cheese and parsley.

First dip the pickle quarter in egg, then into the bread crumb mixture, and then fry it in hot oil on medium heat. Repeat this process with the remaining ingredients.

Serve hot with any dip of your choice and enjoy!
