Tips for Making the Best Cowboy Caviar

Use less sugar or swap it for your preferred sweetener.

Try swapping grilled corn for sweet corn for a smokier flavor.

Any color of bell pepper works for cowboy caviar.

If you're not keen on cilantro, use parsley instead.

Substitute apple cider vinegar, white wine vinegar, or champagne vinegar if you're out of red wine vinegar.
