Making it is very simple: you just have to marinate the chicken in the coffee the night before preparation and then cook it in a pan with sauteed vegetables and spices. Prepare the chicken breast (1). Cut it into pieces or into strips (2) and put it in a bowl. Add the coffee and the pink peppercorns, then let marinate for 12 hours, so as to flavor it well (3). Chop spring onion, celery and carrot.
