You can cook the roulade in the Airfryer. Place them in the Airfryer basket, then cook at 180°C for 20 minutes, turning halfway.

Can I Make It Ahead of Time?

To make these ahead: roll up the meat (uncooked), then cover it with plastic wrap and place the refrigerator. When you’re ready to serve, you can bake them, adding 5 minutes to the baking time.

Can You Freeze Beef Roulade?

Yes, you can! Prepare the beef roulade slices, then wrap each tightly with plastic wrap and transfer to a plastic Ziploc bag, Freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator. Allow to thaw completely before baking.

What To Serve With Beef Roulade

Serve the roulade with any tasty sauce for dipping: creamy cheese sauce, peppercorn sauce, spicy tomato sauce, or a rich gravy.

Instructions

Mix together the meat, salt, and pepper. Add the egg, Parmesan cheese, and spices.
