Once the mixture is ready and has a sticky consistency, with the help of a spoon, take a portion of the mixture and make a balls, with the help of your fingers and palms. Coat the ball entirely using the grated coconut on the dish. Put now the ball in the tray, previously prepared with the wax paper. Repeat the steps 11, 12 and 13 until you use all the mixture. Place the tray in the refrigerator (for at least 1 hour) or in the freezer (in order to have a faster result. In the freezer it only takes about 15 minutes).
