The camy cream is a no-bake cream, which has been very popular online for years now, and it is widely used in baking to decorate cakes, cupcakes and cookies. With its soft texture, it is made with only 3 ingredients, and it does not contain eggs.

To make it to perfection, all you need to do is work the mascarpone with an electric whisk, gently add the condensed milk and finally combine the whipped cream to the resulting mixture, 1 tablespoon at a time, stirring gently with a spatula so as not to disassemble it.

For a flawless result, it is essential that the ingredients (possibly also the bowl and whisk you’ll use) are chilled: this way the cream can be whipped to perfection and the result will be soft but firm. Once ready you can use it to layer an eggless tiramisu, to garnish other desserts, such as a cream tarte or a rainbow cake, add it to an ice cream bowl or fruit salad, or spread it on a naked cake.

How to make Camy Cream

You can store the camy cream in a sealed container or wrapped in cling film in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.

Ingredients

Mascarpone cheese
500 g (2 cups)
Fresh cream
250 ml (1 cup)
Condensed milk
190 g (1/2 cup)

How to make Camy Cream

Pour the cream directly from the refrigerator into a bowl and whip with an electric whisk soft peaks form. Set aside.

In another bowl, whip the mascarpone cheese 2.

Gently pour the condensed milk into the bowl 3.

Whisk the mixture until firm and fluffy 4.

With a spatula, add the previously whipped cream 5.

Gently mix with the spatula with bottom to top movements until combined 6.

Transfer the camy cream into individual bowls 7 and serve, or use it to decorate other desserts. Enjoy!
