Cabbage chips are such light and delicious snack food that you just won’t be able to share it with anyone! You can adjust the quantity of oil in this recipe to get a shinier version of chips if more oil is used in this recipe.
It is best to prepare the fresh for consumption as these vegetable chips are super fragile and crunchy in texture! So, do not lose their crisp texture by storing them for later use.
Preheat the oven to 125 degrees C. Break the cabbage leaves into small bite-size pieces.
Sprinkle the cheese, olive oil, salt, and black pepper powder over these.
Mix the leaves with the seasonings until the leaves are evenly coated with it.
Arrange the leaves carefully on the grill rack and then bake them for 5 minutes at 125 degrees C or until they turn light brown from the edges. Serve and enjoy!
Sprinkle more parmesan cheese before serving if desired. Make sure that the leaves are broken into an even size as baking unevenly sized leaves (some big and some smaller in size) will make the smaller ones get charred fast. Add more olive oil to the leaves to get a shinier texture of leaves upon baking.
