Breakfast skillet: enjoy this very tempting breakfast dish!

Ingredients

ghee
2 tablespoons
Potatoes
2 medium, peeled and diced
Onion
1 medium, peeled and diced
salt
½ teaspoon
Black pepper powder
¼ teaspoon
Cloves Garlic
3 large , peeled and grated
Fresh basil
3 teaspoons, finely chopped
salami or bacon
100g chicken , thinly sliced and chopped
Eggs
4 large, at room temperature

It is one of the best ways to serve breakfast… veggies and proteins all cooked up together! You can also replace the salami with bacon, based on your food preferences. This is such as filling and practically a one-pot breakfast dish that can be assembled in just no time.

Instructions

Melt ghee in a hot pan and cook the potatoes in it for 4 to 5 minutes.

Add onion, salt, black pepper, garlic, and basil to the potatoes and cook everything covered for 5 to 8 minutes.

Stir in bacon and cook everything covered until the potatoes are crispy and light brown in color.

Now, make 4 wells or depressions in the pan and carefully crack open each egg in separate wells.

Cover and cook the eggs for 5 to 10 minutes, based on how you like the eggs. Serve hot and enjoy!

Tips

It is best to cook it at low flame and covered to cook it through. Non-stick pan is a better option of the pan to cook this recipe.
