Easy to make and ideal for soaking, the banana biscuits can be eaten any time of the day: from breakfast together with a cappuccino to a snack along with a good tea, or after dinner, to enjoy in front of the TV. So let’s find out how to make the perfect banana biscuits by following our recipe step by step.
Peel the bananas and mash them on a plate with a fork, until you get a smooth and homogeneous puree (1).
Break the egg into a bowl, add the granulated sugar and beat with a whisk until the mixture is light and fluffy (2).
Add the banana puree (3).
Flavor with the grated orange zest (4) and mix well.
Incorporate the flour (5), the baking powder and finally the white yogurt.
With the help of two spoons, spread the dough in spoonfuls on a baking sheet, lined with a sheet of parchment paper, and form many disks (6). Bake at 180 degrees C and cook for about 15 minutes.
When the surface will be golden brown, take the biscuits out of the oven, let them cool and then enjoy them (6).
Banana biscuits can be stored fragrant in a special airtight container or tin box for 3-4 days.
