Clove powder

Vanilla ice cream, to serve

This is a fantastic recipe to infuse any dessert with great spiced caramel flavors! Walnuts add a lovely crunch to this sauce and the incredible mix of spice makes it so drool-worthy. It is fruity, spiced, and booze-y caramel sauce that everyone must try at least once.

Instructions

Melt the butter in a small pan and then add brown sugar to it. Cook it on low flame until the sugar melts, while stirring it intermittently.

Pour heavy cream to the sugar mixture, remove the pan from heat, and then whisk it well to combine.

Return the pan to heat and add apple, vanilla, cinnamon powder, clove powder, walnuts, and let it bubble on low flame. Cook the sauce for 2 minutes on low heat and then pour bourbon to it. Serve hot caramel sauce with vanilla ice-cream and enjoy it immediately!

Tips

Be very careful to not burn the caramel sauce by cooking it for too long. You must be very vigilant while preparing this spiced caramel sauce.
