Here are some tips for making the perfect Apple Cookies

Use a tart apple variety such as Granny Smith for the best flavor.

Be sure to grate the apples finely for the best texture in the cookies.

Add spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg for added flavor.

Experiment with the amount of sugar to suit your taste.

Use a cookie scoop to portion out the dough for uniform sized cookies.

Bake the cookies at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.

Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
