Some researchers have found that people who drank between 2 to 4 cups of coffee every day have a lower risk of getting a stroke, as it keeps the blood vessels flexible and healthy.

Drinking coffee also boosts the antioxidant status of our body and lowers the risk of liver cancer. It is safe to consume up to four 8oz. cups of coffee every day, based on scientific research.

All of the above studies and the ability of coffee to reduce inflammation has been found to prevent dementia, Alzheimer’s, and help us attain a long and healthy life.
