Press the chicken with a rollin pin, you won't believe your eyes!
1) Steamed chicken rolls
INGREDIENTS
Chicken legs 4
Sliced onion 1/2
Sliced garlic cloves 2
Soy sauce 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
METHOD
Press chicken legs with the rolling pin, cut off bones from it. Beat off the meat with the rolling pin again. Transfer it to the bowl, add onion, garlic, pepper, salt and soy sauce. Mix it well with your hand. Transfer the meat to the foil and wrap it into the foil. Cook it on a water bath for 35-40 minutes.
2) Pastry chicken legs
INGREDIENTS
• 6 chicken legs
• salt
• chili pepper
• paprika
• turmeric
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• 2 tbsp cream cheese
Dough:
• 250g flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 egg
• 150g sour cream
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
METHOD
Marinate the chicken legs. Bake for 40 minutes at 180C. For the dough: Mix all dry ingredients, then in another bowl, mix egg, sour cream and butter. Knead the dough. Cut the meat into small pieces. Add cream cheese. Mix. Form the dough and divide it into portions. Make a cake and add minced meat in the middle. In the center, we insert a bone. We roll the dough around the bone in the form of a bag. Wrap the bones with foil. Grease the dough with an egg. Bake for 20 minutes at 180C/350F.
3) Chicken croquettes
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 tbsp oil
1/4 cup grated onion
2 tsp grated garlic
220g chicken breast, already cooked and chopped
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp parsley
1/2 tbsp green onions
2 tbsp chicken stock
1 tbsp oil
3/4 cup (150 ml) chicken stock
1/2 cup flour
Eggs
Breadcrumbs
METHOD
Heat the oil in a pan, then fry the onions, garlic, boiled chicken breast. Add spices. Pour in two tablespoons of chicken stock. Heat oil in a frying pan, add chicken stock, then pour flour and brew. Combine the dough with chicken. Form nuggets. Dip in the egg, then breadcrumbs. Deep-fry.
