Pineapple based

Cut 6 pineapples into thin rings and then sear them all without using any oil and sugar. Combine 11L white wine with 5 cups Mezcal, 5L canned pineapple juice, 2.5L whiskey, 2.5 cups lemon juice, 2L Velvet Falernum, 2 cups simple syrup, and let this mixture infuse overnight with seared pineapple slices. Strain and serve chilled the next day.

Sparkling rose based

Combine 2g Butterfly pea flowers with 1 bottle of vodka and let it infuse for 2 to 3 days. Now, to this mixture add 10oz. Dolin Blanc Vermouth, 7.5oz. fresh lime juice, 6oz. soda water, 6oz. dry sparkling rose, 5oz. simple syrup, 5 oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, and serve chilled.

Lemon sherbet based

Steep 30g dried manuka flowers in 1L Tanqueray 10 for 30 minutes and then strain the liquid through a cheesecloth. To this, add 6oz. lemon juice, 6oz. lemon sherbet, 4oz. Novo Fogo Plata Cachaca, 2oz. John D. Taylor Velvet Falernum, and some ice cubes. Serve and enjoy!

Berries based

Combine 2L Sprite with 2 cups orange juice and pineapple juice each, 2 cups vodka, 2 cups diced strawberries, 2 cups raspberries, 1 bottle Prosecco, 1 cup fresh mint leaves, and some ice. Stir well and serve.

Spiced punch

Mix together 75oz. Templeton Rye whiskey, 37.5oz. Fernet-Branca, 33oz. cinnamon syrup, 25oz. Luxardo Maraschino liqueur, 25oz. lime juice, 1.1oz. Scrappy’s Cardamom bitters, 1.1oz. Scrappy’s Celery Bitters, and some ice cubes. Stir well and serve.

Combine 30oz. ginger beer with 24 dashes Angostura bitters, 12oz. Belvedere Ginger Zest vodka, 3oz. lime juice, and 1.5oz. simple syrup. Serve and enjoy.

Mix 1.5oz. grapefruit with 6 dashes Peychaud’s bitters, 6oz. strawberry vodka, 6oz. soda, 6oz. champagne, 4.5oz. Rainwater Madiera, 3oz. simple syrup, and 1.5oz. lemon juice. Stir it all well and serve.

Mix together 3 cups pineapple juice, 3 cups seltzer water, 3 cups ice cubes, 3 mint sprigs, 2 cups sliced pineapple, 2 thinly sliced peaches, 1 bottle prosecco, 1 cup vanilla vodka, and serve.

Ruby red punch

Mix well 4 parts Deep Eddy Ruby Red Vodka, 2 parts lavender simple syrup, 2 parts ruby red grapefruit juice, 1 part fresh lime juice, 1 part fresh lemon juice. 1 part chilled water, 2 parts dry Prosecco. Serve and enjoy.
