Packed with immune-boosting, vitamin C-rich ingredients, and powerful anti-inflammatory properties, these cubes are the perfect addition to your daily routine. Say goodbye to those pesky colds and flu bugs and hello to a happy and healthy immune system. To make it, you simply blend all the ingredients together, then pour the liquid into ice cube molds. Once frozen, they can be used at any time by simply mixing them with boiling water.

What Are Immunity Cubes

Every cold and flu season, there seems to be a plethora of suggestions on how to keep your immunity ahead of the bugs! And TikTok has no shortage of opinions. But the latest fad might have some truth behind it! Simply put, immunity cubes are a combination of cold-fighting and immune-boosting ingredients that are blended together and frozen. The most common ingredients include citrus fruits (like lemon, orange, and grapefruit), ginger, turmeric, raw honey, black pepper, and even cayenne pepper. By freezing the blended concoction in cubes, you will always be able to have some on hand—ready to fight back when you feel the flu approaching!

Tips

–  The recipe can easily be customized according to your liking. Add more honey if you like it sweeter, or add cayenne pepper if you want something with a bit of a kick.

– Use fresh ingredients to get the best immune-boosting effects. In other words, use fresh ginger and turmeric instead of the dried variety.

– This drink is not suitable for children under 2 years of age as it contains honey.

– Remember, while immunity cubes may offer some health benefits, it’s not a magical cure-all. Always consult with a healthcare professional first!
